1. Returns & Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your dress must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Perishable goods, custom products, and sale items are generally not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at Nu9404731@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
